Brian Moser, also known as The Ice Truck Killer, is a central character in the Showtime series "Dexter" . He is introduced as the first main antagonist of the series and plays a significant role in the show's early seasons. Brian is the estranged brother of Dexter Morgan, the series' protagonist, though this fact remains hidden for much of the first season. Living under the alias of Rudy Cooper, Brian begins a gruesome killing spree in Miami, targeting prostitutes.
